Guidelines to follow:
The items you want to return must be in its original condition, it should not be broken, damaged, used or modified. If the order you received is damaged or defective then we can help you in replacement with the new and fresh piece without any inconvenience.
In addition to that, please keep in mind that the return of orders can be delayed for a few days during holiday or peak season. In case of a return please contact our return center and if you receive damaged piece from us and you want a replacement then contact our replacement center.
Free of Cost Replacement facility:
MN Furnitures provides you free of a cost replacement facility in case you want to replace the defected piece received in Mail. When we ship our items, we make sure that everything is fine and we use double box packaging to protect the item from any harm. But if you get a damaged package from us then you can apply for a replacement and we will help you right away. We try to replace the items as quickly as possible without charging any extra cost.
Important Points to consider while Claim:
- When receiving a package through the mail and you find it “slightly damaged’ or some parts missing, then write it on the receiving paper and if the package is significantly damaged then do not accept the delivery.
- And if you find out about the damage after receiving order than contact us as soon as possible, so we can replace the item for you free of cost.
- Make sure that all the items you want to return or replace must be in original packaging.
- And in case, we deliver you damaged item and you do not want a replacement but a return than we will pay you back by following our “money back guarantee” policy.
- But if the order you receive is in normal condition and you changed your mind of having this item, then you can return it by following our standard return policy.

Exceptions to Note:
And if you want to return an item which get damaged by you, or which is not in its original packing, or if you contact us after 30 days of delivery then we are afraid, the return would not possible. Clearance items, customized or gift items are not eligible for return either.
