In order to fulfill the return criteria, you should need to know some basic points that are given below.
• You must fall under the Return period (30 days)
• Item must be same as received
• No harm to the item or there packaging as well
• Item not be attempted to assemble or modification accepted
• Item must be Complete if there is any part is missing then return will not be accepted.
Terms and Conditions:
First, we let you know that if any of the customers want to return the item then must need to fulfill some Conditions that are given below.
Change of Mind:
If you have changed your mind, then you just need to return the item to our return address itself or we also offer you the collection service but the Courier charge will be applied depending on your product and your area.
- Item must be same as received
- Item must be packed in its original packing
- No harm to the item or packing as well
- Item must be complete if any of the part is missing or damage then we do not accept the return
- Item must be inspected by our professionals to avoid any kind of inconvenience
- If there is any issue found during the inspection then return will not be accepted
- Make sure assembly not be attempted.
Damage or Defected item:
There are two different scenarios of defective or damaged items that are given below. The policy will swap accordingly
• Received the Damage Good
• Item Damage by the Customer
Received Damage Item:
If any Customer received defected or damaged item then the customer has the right to get replacement part of the damage product. We will do the replacement for the customer with zero coast but Customer need to inform us within 3 Days after the delivery. Above that claim will not be accepted.
Damage By Customer:
If the Product is damaged by the customer, then a return is not acceptable but we keep cooperating with the customer we are happy to arrange the replacement part for the damaged goods but the Cost will charge.
Order wrong item by Customer:
If a customer orders the wrong product, then an exchange and Refund will be possible but there are some conditions that apply.

Conditions for Full Refund:
If the customer wants a full refund, then the Customer must need to fulfill some term Conditions then the customer is eligible for a full refund some of these are given below.
- Customer must need to return the item first.
- Item must be same as received.
- Item must be packed in original packing.
- If the customer needs to return the item itself, then no charge will apply.
- Once the item will receive, we will process the funds.
- If the Customer wants to book the Collection service with us then a courier. charge will apply which totally depends on the item you have ordered and the area where you live.
- Assembly not be attempted. If packaging is open or assembly attempted then then return will not be accepted
- Not even single modification accepted.
Return and Exchange:
Return and exchange are possible with other products but you must need to know some essential points
1. Item must be same as received
2. If you want to exchange the product then the courier charge will apply depending on the area where you live and the product you have ordered
3. If you exchange the product with some cheaper product then you are eligible to get your remaining funds but Courier charge must be applied.
4. If you want to exchange the product that is expensive then you must need to pay the difference amount
