Amazed by both customer service and quality of bed. I accidentally ordered this bed (was meant to order a small double) contacted the seller who immediately gave me exact dimensions to reassure me that it would fit in the gap I had! Very polite and very fast to respond A+++ for the seller! As for the bed – for the price I paid…. WOW!!!! Mattress is so comfortable and much thicker than I expected!!!! And bed is extremely easy to put up (I managed to get up the stairs and fix together on my own) Draws are nice and deep – plenty of room for clothes etc. It is a lovely looking bed that is much better quality than I thought it would be!!! Fits my daughters room and she is over the moon with it!!!! Thank you!

This is the second bed we have purchased from this company. One for my sons room last year and one for the spare room this year. The bed seems a decent quality for what we paid. Only gripe is the carrier who they use to deliver was extremely abrupt and rude. He called me to say he would be arriving within thr hour and I was working so couldn’t take the call. Due to this my husband got a mouthful of cheek from him. We arent all sitting at home all day waiting for the phone to ring advising us that a parcel is arriving. We kinda need to work to earn the money to but things like this bed? We were only notified at 5.30pm the day before delivery that it was coming and expected to have someone there to take delivery. All day slot. No AM or PM allocation. Not really enough of a notice period. A little more thought regarding this side of the business is required.

The bed is a lot higher than it looks in the photos but that’s because of the draws; takes a little geting used to. It’s easy to assemble & comfy & a good price. The mattress isnt as firm as were used to, but OK. When we put it together the mattress sticks out over the end of the base by 2-3 inches when you add the headboard. Overall this product is OK
