The product in itself is actually amazing and well worth the price. However the manual is horrendous.
The customer service for this company was
okay and in the end to help us build this product, they provided assembly service for a very good price.
The Wardrobe Fitter that was provided to us ‘Mohammad Abdul Soheb’ was respectful quick and professional and everything was sorted for us within 3 hours. He travelled over 4 hours with delays to fit our wardrobe in snow conditions so would give him 5 stars and we would highly recommend him.
Overall very decent product but poor instructions so you may be at your wits end to put it together!

Using 3 people is better than 2 especially if you are not a handy person. Make sure all the parts are there before starting to build. Some of the pictures of the parts does not look like the actual thing. Save the cardboard and set up the unit on it. Screw the wheels on the bottom and top then slide the tracks on before putting on the second side (we had to pull off one side and it was nerve racking).

Very difficult to assemble due to poor instructions but better than ikea ones though. The sliding doors were most difficult. Lovely light. Nice touch.

Love it. Looks great, very stylish. I have literally filled it with stuff. Not sure what to do with the random hanging section on the left, which isn’t tall enough for a tank top, but that’s the only flaw! Otherwise, it’s fantastic and really sturdy.
Wasn’t hugely simple trying to nail the boards into the shelves at the back, without being able to see through the wood: would have been helpful if there were marks on the back of the boards, but otherwise fairly straightforward to construct.
I built this solo, so I can tell you that it’s possible to build it alone (I’m a 5’7″ woman). Took some pretty intense squat action to get that bad boy upright, so obviously don’t attempt it if you’ve not got the right fitness or posture (not worth risking damaging yourself).
